P R O D U C T I O N

All items are in stock upon ordering and will be shipped once processed, about three days. The Hedda Collection is produced in limited edition batches and pieces are available first come first serve.  

C A R E

Hand or machine wash Hedda garments in cold water (gentle) and hang dry.  Linen presses best with steam, Iron if a wrinkle free or 'softer' look is desired.  

S I Z I N G

Reference the measurements on the product listing page and refer to your own body measurements when choosing a size.  You may like to jump around sizes depending your desired styling and fit.

S H I P P I N G

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.  Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

All domestic orders are shipped through the USPS.  Orders are packed and shipped in 2-5 days once processed, (made to order items are packed and shipped in 2-3 weeks).  Once shipped orders typically arrive in 2-7 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.  You will be issued a tracking number to track your package via USPS.  We are not responsible for any courier delays, damaged, or lost packages.  Please double check that you have entered the correct address information as we cannot re route packages once in possession of the USPS.  Get in touch with your postal worker or post office if you have an issue and if you need more help, reach out to us and we can see if there is anything we can do to help. 

International orders are shipped via First Class mail International.  We cannot guarantee arrival dates.  You will be issued a tracking number to track your package.  We are. not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Any customs or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. 

R E T U R N S  A R E  O N  U S

Found By Hedda items are final sale. The Hedda Collection qualifies for a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, (invoice number).

To start a return, you can contact us at connect@shophedda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send items in original mailers to reduce waste. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

E X C H A N G E S

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
