Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

All domestic orders are shipped through the USPS.  Orders are packed and shipped in 2-5 days once processed, (made to order items are packed and shipped in 2-3 weeks).  Once shipped orders typically arrive in 2-7 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.  You will be issued a tracking number to track your package via USPS.  We are not responsible for any courier delays, damaged, or lost packages.  Please double check that you have entered the correct address information as we cannot re route packages once in possession of the USPS.  Get in touch with your postal worker or post office if you have an issue and if you need more help, reach out to us and we can see if there is anything we can do to help. 

International orders are shipped via First Class mail International.  We cannot guarantee arrival dates.  You will be issued a tracking number to track your package.  We are. not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Any customs or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. 



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, (invoice number).

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send items in original mailers to reduce waste. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sample and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
