Trade In Program

Our trade-in program offers an additional route for gentler, more intentional garment consumption. This is the perfect avenue for those looking to release items from their closet that don't fit or aren't getting reached for, but still have lots of life left in them.

Simply bring by pieces you're ready to let go of in exchange for vintage and preloved credit. That pair of great denim that just isn't working for your body anymore? Bring 'em by and exchange for a vintage or preloved garment of equal value. You may also accrue credit to use at a later date if you'd rather.

Common Trade In Program Questions

Can I use my Trade In Credit towards new merch, like candles or new apparel?

No, the idea with our Trade In Program is to keep the garment cycle circular and put your credit towards vintage or preloved items in our shop waiting for their next life.

Does Trade In Credit expire? 

Nope! Trade In Credit lives in your Hedda account, and you may redeem at any time in-store. Great for saving up for that suede coat or killer pair of boots...

What items are not accepted for Trade In Credit?

We ask that you bring in garments that still have plenty of wearability left! Small loose threads or distressing isn't a dealbreaker. We'd also love it items are clean, recently laundered and free of stains and/or odors. Note, we may turn away items that don't meet quality standards (i.e. something that's at the end of its life) or that we have a number of in the shop already. That said, we are always open to conversation and are happy to chat about specific pieces. :) 

Can I use my Trade In Credit online?

At this time, Trade In Credit is only redeemable in-store.
